Modern Crane Service was founded in 1971 by Eugene 'Buz' Swanson.
Buz had many years of experience in the heavy moving business including the days of watching his grandfather move buildings with teams of horses. Buz's dedication to the company was vital to its growth and success. Buz's son Steve is carrying the business into the fourth generation.
